For online purchases, original-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Sale items and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and all tags must be attached. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, socks, and earrings cannot be returned.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as ARIA is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the transaction.
For in-store purchases, returns are not accepted. Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached, and you must present a valid receipt. Sale and discounted items purchased in-store are final sale.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@ariastyle.ca if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.
For customers in the European Union, merchandise shipped to the EU can be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.
