[ In-Store Purchases ]

Returns & Exchanges

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON CERTAIN ITEMS.

Within 7 days of purchase, you can exchange your item, or we will issue you a store credit. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer an exchange or store credit.

Exchange Details

To be eligible for an exchange: Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you will have to present a valid receipt.

* Please note: Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards of certain items, it is not possible to return underwear, swimwear, socks, and earrings.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items bought in-store are a FINAL SALE.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return: Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 days. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend strongly that you use a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Aria is not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us.
