Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday.

• Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase.

• Orders placed on weekends or select statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• If an order cannot be processed due to inaccurate billing or payment information, processing may be delayed by an additional 2 business days.

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on domestic orders of $99 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Delivery Options & Estimated Transit Times

• Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 4 to 10 business days from the ship date (excluding holidays).

• Express Delivery: Typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days from the ship date.
